I teach restorative, yin, gentle flow and trauma-sensitive yoga classes and tailor the modalities and instruction to your needs — your level of experience, any injuries you’ve sustained, if you’re emotionally exhausted or are fighting depression.

In addition to yoga, my work with clients sometimes includes TRE, an exercise to release trauma in the body (60-90 minutes) and also incorporates breath work.

Wear whatever workout clothes are comfortable for you, bring a water bottle.
A yoga mat and equipment will be provided.
Easy peasy.
