We would love for you, amazing women, to join us for a Christian yoga retreat where we want to help you reconnect with the Holy Spirit, enjoy worship in the little things and embrace play. Our prayer is that you discover how to enjoy these daily practices so they help you to create a lifestyle where you embrace and prioritize the way He’s called us to live everyday! We’ll be doing this through our uniquely crafted yoga sessions, health and wellness teachings, and purposeful teachings about how to discover and embrace God’s promises.

  • REFUND POLICY:

    - A $40 portion of your Retreat cost is non-refundable, under any circumstances, as this is an administrative fee.
    - Cancel for any reason before July 5, 2023 and you will receive a full refund of all monies paid - minus $40, no questions asked.
    - Cancel for any reason between July 5, 2023 and August 5, 2023 you will receive 100% credit toward a future retreat - minus $40.
    - Cancel for any reason on or after August 5, 2023 you will receive 75% credit toward a future retreat - minus $40.
    - Cancel for any reason on or after September 5, 2023 you will receive 50% credit toward a future retreat - minus $40.

Meet The Retreat Leaders

ALY SPENCER

Yoga teacher, business owner, mom and wife, Aly is committed to helping women find the peace of Jesus that she found on the mat. She is the owner of Song of the Soul Yoga and has received certifications in 200 R-YFT, 200 R-YT and is Trauma Sensitive Yoga Faith Certified. Aly will be guiding us through yoga classes, meditation, as well as offering one-on-one connection to help you find your rest and peace with Jesus.

JENNI REID

Retired Navy veteran, yoga teacher, business owner, mom and wife, Jenni is committed to helping believers find wholeness and healing through the love of Jesus. She is the owner of Adoration Wellness, LLC and has received certifications in 200 R-YFT, Science of Stretching, Veteran’s Yoga Project Mindful Resilience Training and Heart of Herbs Clinical Aromatherapy. Jenni will be guiding us through yoga classes, bible study, aromatherapy sessions as well as offering one-on-one connection to help you Circle His Promises to live life to the fullest with Jesus.
