I’m a Christian, wife, mom, and a faith-based yoga instructor dedicated to helping women like you find peace, strength, and connection—body, mind, and spirit.

I understand the demands of a busy life: juggling family, work, and countless responsibilities while still longing for moments of stillness, renewal, and a deeper connection with God. My clients are often women seeking to nurture their faith as they prioritize their wellness and vitality.

Whether you invite me into your home for a private session, join me in my studio, or attend one of my group classes, my mission is to create a sacred, biblically rooted space where you can breathe, move, and reconnect. Together, we’ll cultivate serenity, strength, and restoration in a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.

You deserve this time to pause, breathe, and receive. Let’s find it together.

Hi I'm Aly B

Several years ago, I was overwhelmed—juggling intense joint pain, crippling anxiety, and the relentless demands of a 60+ hour workweek. I was constantly moving, yet I felt completely stuck. My husband and I have 5 children in our blended family, and while I cherished our busy life, I was drowning under the weight of it all: family responsibilities, a fast-paced corporate job, and a complete lack of time or space to nurture myself or connect with God. I had reached the edge of burnout.

Then I found restorative yoga.

I began attending classes, and the mat became my sanctuary—a quiet, sacred place to breathe, reflect, and let go. Within a year, my joint pain disappeared, my anxiety was significantly reduced, and I discovered a powerful practice that restored my mind, body, and spirit.

This transformation ignited a deep passion in me. Today, I’m a dual-trained, faith-based RYT-200 yoga teacher specializing in restorative and trauma-sensitive yoga. My mission is to guide fellow Christians on a journey to find peace, stillness, and rejuvenation through gentle, intentional movement rooted in faith.

I believe that yoga can be a space to encounter God’s presence, care for your body, and restore your soul. I would be honored to walk this journey with you.

Let’s step onto the mat together—where healing and hope begin.

Curious about Christianity and Yoga?

Let’s handle this: Yoga is not a religion. As a Christian, when we take care of ourselves we are honoring and glorifying Christ. When you set your mind, heart and spirit on the Lord and find stillness so you can hear His voice, you experience the Holy Spirit and the powerful presence of God.

For each class, I have a theme that informs the opening prayer and the scriptures and devotional readings I share — the themes of Hope, Surrender, Grace, Praise, and Serenity are a few of my faves.

I teach slow flow yoga, where we hold each pose anywhere from 3-10 minutes. This gives us plenty of time to ease into the movement and relax into our bodies and spirits. I also can incorporate breath work. Additionally, I offer private TRE (tension release exercises).

When we allow the nervous system to slow down and reset, we feel grounded and whole again. And when God is part of the process, and you have that quiet time with the Lord, you feel at peace and ready for life.
